On Tuesday, March 30, 2021, Professor Dr. Lazgin A. Jameel-President of the University of Zakho visited the College of Medicine. He was warmly welcomed by Professor Dr. Nawfal  R. Hussain-Dean of the College of Medicine and the director of Zakho General Hospital in Bedar. 

They discussed many issues related to the education system, the management of the educational process, and the development of strategic plans to ensure the successful completion of the academic year.

The  president of the university thanked the academic and medical staff at the College and Bidar Hospital for their great effort, especially during the outbreak of the Corona pandemic, and wished them continued success.
